The hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was spotless, well-equipped, and looked exactly like the pictures. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to help us and were incredibly kind. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a charming cafe right next door. We highly recommend this place!

This hotel was nice comfy base for exploring Medellin, liked it. Staff was super fairly friendly and amicable. Quadruple room had upgrades, it was huge and spacious. Everything was simply nice👍

Everything was perfect, magnificent location close enough to a nice coffee shop and delicatessen next door, the main laureles, and Medellin, great experience. My a double room was spacious & fairly quiet. The personnel were really kind and made me feel welcome.

The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood and is just a short walk from the main area of Laureles. The staff were friendly and even packed our suitcases for us when we checked out. The room was modern and well-stocked, including a fully stocked minibar. We especially loved the excellent coffee shop downstairs.

I had a fantastic stay at Ayenda Loft. The hotel was exactly as shown in the pictures - clean, well-equipped, and beautifully designed. The shower had great water pressure and hot water, which was so refreshing. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also loved the neighborhood, it felt safe and there were plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Ayenda Loft for a wonderful stay in Medellin.

Spent an amazing Christmas holiday here! Loved the complimentary goodies and toiletries in our room. the neighborhood was hip and had plenty of cool places to hang out. We felt very secure at night thanks to the friendly and helpful people around. the hotel is very close to two of the best restaurants in the city, and those who enjoy a good cup of Joe will love the cute café that's walking distance away.

The cleaning crew accidentally left our door open all day while we were out and about. Although nothing was missing when we got back, it made us a little uneasy to think what could have happened.
